Important Information
●  We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.
●  For orders within India, we offer free shipping. However, for orders below Rs. 500, we levy a shipping fee of Rs. 100. 
●  Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
●  Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
●  At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. ●  Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order.
●  Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
